Limited Edition: Extra Large Olive Charcuterie Boards from 200 year old trees
Salvaged from the Jesusita Fire in 2009 in the hills behind the Historic Mission of Santa Barbara, this limited edition of Rustic Live Edge Olive Wood Serving Boards is made from a 200 year old grove of olive trees which were planted in the early 1800's and were cut down by firefighters cleaning up after the fire.
After sawing the fire scorched salvaged trees into rough planks, the boards were air-dried for 7 years before being hand-shaped and crafted into the limited edition collection of live edge serving boards that we are pleased to offer you here. The grain and figure in the wood from these roughly 200 year old olive trees is truly spectacular.
